Pinkalicious: School Rules! audiobook

I really like this book because I used to think unicorns are really and also its good

I would love to read this book in the beginning of the school year so my students and I can go over the class rules in a fun way. I would follow up this book with a class expectations activity to set the tone for the rest of the year. I think this book would be perfect for younger primary students because they do have imaginary friends at times and can relate to Pinkalicious. She decides to bring her pet unicorn with her to school, but is chastised by her teacher. They agree that Goldilicious can only stay if she follows all the rules. The pictures are really vivid and will be great at capturing my students attention.

I enjoyed this quote "Rules are something I do not love about school." I like it because it relates to me and how I don't love all the rules schools have either. If school didn't have so many rules I would love school a lot more. I like Mr. Pushkin. I liked him because he allowed Pinkalicious to bring Goldie to school. By him letting her bring Goldie to school it let her have a lot more fun at school. One theme I noticed while reading this book is that you should always find something you love about something that you don't love. For instance, Pinkalicious wasn't enjoying school without Goldie so she improvised and brought Goldie to school with her. Therefore she had more fun doing something she normally wouldn't love. My overall feelings about this book are that this is an awesome book! I would definitely recommend this book for any young child. It has a great theme and overall is a wonderful book to read.

This was an adorable book! The author was very creative and the story was very engaging. My niece loved this book as she could relate to the story. The illustrations were also done nicely and gave nice cues for struggling readers. I really enjoyed this book and how it relates to school rules. This would be a nice book to add to my classroom library.

Pinkalicious is a very active and imaginative little girl. There are several books in this series.In this most recent tale, Pinkalicious is not enjoying her school day for her 'imaginary' unicorn is not with her. Maybe, just maybe, her teacher can help her overcome her sadness to be able to enjoy her day through it all.

This is a cute book. My daughter, who is 5, loves this series & does well reading it out loud with me.

I've been reading this book for at least the past week to my girls at bedtime. they love pinkalicious. my daughter is quite obsessed with unicorns and horses so this is great for a 4 year old.

The girls in my homework room love Pinkalicious stories. This one gets chosen a lot.

I like it because Pinkalicious had the unicorn help her do her math.

Pinkalicious started school and made friends and liked her teacher but there was only one thing missing that would make her day. One morning she woke up and decided to take her imaginary unicorn Golide to school. She felt confident and was able to enjoy playing with her new friends and thought that school rules!This book is a good fictional picture book that I believe should be in a class room for young readers. Children around Pinkalicious age are nervous about school and making friends. Having just an imaginary friend that you take to school will help you have that confidence to explore and see what school has to offer. I would love to have an imaginary unicorn and know that the other girls would love to play with it at school.

I like this one. It reminds me of another book I've read (and I cannot quite remember it right now) about taking your imaginary friend to school on the first day. It has a neat approach and a response from the teacher which I did not expect. It's a good conversation and transition book.
