"Further Empowering the Hiring Movement! We went from having no ATS to a great ATS!" What do you like best about HiringThing? I like the ease of usage. The learning curve is not at all too steep, and it is Very user intuitive! A few training sessions is all new users will need! Additionally, the Dashboard is on your landing page & can be found extremely quickly. It provides the most up to date information on your reqs and candidate activity. You can separate between new and existing candidates, and you can rate them with a helpful star system! Users can rank from zero stars to five stars in a very easy to read system. From there, all ratings and candidates can be shared among recruiters and managers of the reqs. Also, you can email candidates directly from the applied reqs. This is a big help! This allows you and all users to centralize all communication with candidates strictly and exclusively in the tool. This removes the need of using external emails and allows for all users to be on the same page at all times and reduce redundancy.

"Excellent Product; Your Employment Brand" What do you like best about HiringThing? Many things! This is my third ATS. It's intuitive and easy to figure out without a lot of training, tutorials, or other time-consuming processes. And yet, it does more than systems that appear to be more complex. You can keep this as simple or make it as complex as you want. This is seriously what you wish an ATS was! On top of all that - you can make it really look like your employment brand - not something that looks like other ATS company or even a co-brand. It looks like your organization. Even the URL!

"360 Reviews Made Easy with Primalogik!" What do you like best about Primalogik? Ryan was amazing! He gave a great demo and really helped me understand the platform before I purchased. The 30 day free trial was key in determining if the platform would work for my company or not. Purchasing was super easy and straightforward, and it's the best deal out there! What do you dislike about Primalogik? It was a bit confusing realizing that the 360's results were organized by the subject of the feedback. What problems is Primalogik solving and how is that benefiting you? Our 360 process was totally manual before and we had done it through google sheets. This was a terribly long process and caused our management team a lot of stress. With Primalogik360, there is no manual aggregation of data and sharing the data is super simple. Our customer support/implementation rep was and has continued to be amazing! he software overall is really nice and organized but could use some better automation and sorting tasks. However, anything and everything i have brought up to Ryan, he has either got me an answer or taken it to his software team and they have implemented it!
