ChartHop has completed changed the way we look at employee data. Most HRIS have an org chart feature that is beyond basic. Lacking would be putting it kindly. ChartHop syncs information from our HRIS and ATS to automatically show us a dynamic org chart that shows us current team plus future hires and can easily scroll in time to see historical and future states. We can easily switch views from department to location or any other category we are interested in. The map view has also helped immensely in visualizing how our fully distributed company is spread throughout the world. The data sheets option has also been great for seeing data in excel style format. An automatic sync option into Google Sheets has made quickly viewing information and collaborating a breeze. We have almost completely stopped using our HRIS reporting feature and instead review data through ChartHop.

It has been great so far. The easiest part has been training employees to use it. Since it is very simple to use, all I have to show is each feature and what it can do and then let them run with it. It does not have a strict process that you have to follow. Each of our departments can use it how they want to use it. That makes it so we don't have to force anyone to follow specific steps (which can backfire if people don't want to work that way). Just like individual employees, everyone is different. You can use the same management style for everyone. This is where Teamflect shines. You can use Goals for one employee and maybe tasks for another employee. Either way, you still get the information you need for the employee and the business.

When updating some positions or removing an open job, sometimes the change won't appear right away, or the deleted position would even sometimes reappear. The integration with Lever is not seamless, I wish it were better. When downloading an org chart, the employees' titles are not fully visible (cut off), which is pretty inconvenient for an org chart tool.

As with all industries, there are specific nuances that might not fit the mold of the system. However, ChartHop's onboarding team is determined to help you solve the problem and is very open to adding customer solutions to their roadmap that can benefit you and their future customers. The best relationships in tech are symbiotic ones where designers *really* listen to their customers; ChartHop does that.

Access issues prevented me from using the product to its full potential right away. My org had a challenge in fully understanding access by employee. The built in reports have been under utilized in our org. They seem a little complicated to get started. For example, I want to run a report for financial planning purposes, instead of using the reports, I just export the data. Another under utilized function in our org is the history section.

Overall, am more satisfied and I see more paper works are reduced because of this application. It meets almost all of the needs I have for tracking my team. Moreover, application's ability to automatically fetch and spin up pages for 1:1 meetings scheduled in external application, tracking the delays, reminders are all fantastic.
