My favourite thing about OmmWriter is that it transports me to a different place. I've found this helpful for creative writing where I need to enter a different and less busy headspace to be successful. OmmWriter does a good job of creating a calming and flow-like writing experience that removes the fear of a blank page.

Overall I find Dabble to be an incredibly useful tool for writing. It had fewer features than a few others out there, but it works smoothly and flawlessly most of the time. Learning it was easy since the structure mimics standard files structures and will look familiar to most people. If you plan to do NaNoWriMo this year consider their NaNo trial. It’s well worth the effort.

I downloaded the trial offer and quickly decided to use the monthly paid subscription service. Dabble is a very powerful writing tool. As with any software program, there is a learning curve. The programmers at Dabble have done everything possible to make that learning curve as short as possible. The interface is quite intuitive. That combined with the unparalleled support caused me to know this was the tool for me. And that was after evaluating several others. Get it. Use it. Enjoy an enriched personal life with a journal, or explore the path of getting your book published. Either way, you will be the better for using Dabble.

I have tried several writing software and apps, including Microsoft Word which has a "focus" mode, but Omm Writer has been the program that I keep going back to. I even have it permanently added to my ribbon on my Mac so that I can easily pull it up whenever I have to focus and write an important email, draft an academic assignment, or even experiment with a creative writing project. The features are simple and are ones that you will actually use, like adjusting the background image and sound. There aren't any frills that make it difficult to master or distracting.

I really like the application because it presents a good interface between the computer and the user since it opens in full screen mode and also this app has a natural environment where one can relax and write in a fluid and effective way because of the concentration that It generates, free of distractions so as I personally love writing this does not distract me and find a direct connection between what I am thinking and writing and at the same time this is more efficient and makes the writing flow, for your funds to put a mind in which is only concentrated on the writing and the sounds generated by the application.
