Great resource for creating workflows to automate tasks and remove the need for back and forth paperwork or emails which can get lost. Document images are easily located within DocuPhase which eliminates contact from other departments looking for information.

Overall, my end users have a good experience with Formstack Documents as we utilise it through Salesforce. Therefore they do not have to experience the pains that I do as an admin. (Webmerge noted below as this was the previous software prior to it being bought by Formstack and converted to Formstack Documents, this i believe is what lead to the account issues mentioned. Support was poor throughout conversion)

The thing I like most about this is how if an insured lives out of town or just isn't able to come into the office then it makes it super easy to just email it over to them and with a few clicks their document is signed.
