Overall we've had a good experience with Durpal. Once we have a site published our marketing teams who aren't technical users can self serve and manage their content. This feels up our IT staff to focus on more complex issues and gives marketing full control of their content.

It has everything an agile software development team needs. It has an easy interface, easier than Jira and that was it for us. Most importantly we like that it has checklist available for each story and hence we can add tips and guides to each story for our developers which they can verify and check before they start the story.

I think Drupal is the software to use with larger complex projects. I don't think it is really needed for the smaller simpler projects that most of my clients want.

I like it a lot but because of their update cycle it should only be used on projects that have a lifespan of 5 years or less.
