I use gliffy to primarily to make org charts and flow charts for my clients. i've used it for 5+ years now and my clients appreciate the visual aids in our discussions. the charts are pretty easy to create and i've had 2 problems in 5 years, both of which were addressed readily. in the first problem, after a couple of emails, the company called me to walk through the problem. that convinced me to stay.
