It saves so much stress out of the company's marketing department. We have every information we need for each visitor and with automated running campaigns we make them more engaged and potential clients. What i think benefits Hey Oliver is the fact that everything that we need in marketing it has it on it's platform. All the tools are there and easy to use for our marketing team. Customer service was excellent until the last fiasco. We have one technical issue outstanding regarding something to do with the DNS but getting flagged as spam just led [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] to say, get in touch with your provider and then we can restart the campaigns with that new email address. I deleted all campaigns and paused sending to be on the safe side.

Easy to standup, deploy, and use. Unlike other tools, you have the ability to generate new fresh prospects as needed, a functionality that is usually reserved for more expensive tools. Setting up templates and creating sequences is easy and fast, and navigating to what you need is easy with the built in filters. Perfect tool for growing small to medium businesses, and it's value priced.
