Beautiful user (graphic) experience and easy smart segmentation building with advanced logic. With Hey Oliver, it's not a matter of "Can we do it?" it's more so "How can we do it?

Clean and Straight Forward What do you like best about OutboundEngine? Willing to work with my schedule and didn't truly PRESSURE me to get the product but were forthcoming that they were looking for my business. Amber Harding was my sales agent and she was willing to call me back a full WEEK after our first phone call which means a lot to me in my line of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about OutboundEngine? A little robotic in the sales pitch. I would have preferred a more open dialogue designed to get down to the heart of what I wanted to accomplish. It saves so much stress out of the company's marketing department. We have every information we need for each visitor and with automated running campaigns we make them more engaged and potential clients. What i think benefits Hey Oliver is the fact that everything that we need in marketing it has it on it's platform. All the tools are there and easy to use for our marketing team. That's what differentiated it for me from other platforms.

"Another Company that Makes it Hard to Cancel or Terminate" What do you like best about OutboundEngine? The actual reps trying to help you set up your account are very helpful. For folks wanting to really work their sphere and database for referrals, etc., this product has potential. But watch out for the corporate trickery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about OutboundEngine? Despite giving written notice in Nov 2021 that I did not wish to renew in Summer 2022 they came up with a lame excuse on how I had to reach out again closer to the end of my contract. And, of course they couldn't mark my account for non-renewal BUT they can certainly click a button for autopay each month. Be wary and hope that if you try this product that you never need to cancel it because they will screw you for their own benefit. I Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is OutboundEngine solving and how is that benefiting you? I never got into Outbound Engine much because my business approach changed shortly after signing up to focus on growing the brokerage rather than my sphere or team contacts. I communicated that with an account rep very early on but it seems their management won't recognize those taped phone calls or written emails because it wasn't close enough to my contract expiration date.
