We use it throughout the organisation. Our previous board portal was only used by our board but now the benefits of a board portal is used through all managementlayers. The whole administrative process around the meetings like minutes, decision lists and so on are made easy with iBabs as well.

A cloud-based board portal called iBabs was created to assist directors and secretaries in managing board meetings, cut down on preparation time, and record all decisions made. Users can access papers from any device and collaborate by voting, annotating, and summarizing meetings. Administrators can submit all meeting materials using iBabs to offer participants paperless access. To guarantee that everyone is accessing the correct information, documents can be linked to the pertinent agenda topics. Users can write, draw, and make notes directly on papers using annotation tools, and all modifications made to documents are automatically updated for each participant. Additionally, iBabs has built-in minutes templates for simple decision tracking. For follow-up, all meeting notes and decisions can be stored in and exported from iBabs. Users can also share notes, assign board members action items, access meeting summaries whenever they choose, and keep track of all actions completed. All files on iBabs are protected with 256-bit AES encryption to guarantee that only people with the proper permissions can access sensitive information.
About Fading Note
The Fade Note widget is an easy-to-use addition to your home screen that fades into the background until the moment it is required to be seen. Each note that you set will prompt you to select a time and date before fading out of view until eight hours before it is necessary for you to view it. After that, it will gradually come back into view until it is fully visible at the time that you specified. Discover at a glance what requires your immediate attention. The notes that you create with FadingNote will gradually disappear as time passes thanks to the app's unique functionality. Because it is deleted in order from the notes that are not updated, you can use it to create sentences that you want to keep as a temporary record. I'm using iBabs on a weekly basis. The software never lets me down, loading speeds are really good and it's able to handle our extremely large PDF files well. Using it on my iPad and Macbook at the same time, the sync is stellar.

Not as suited for Windows environment as for iOS. Most people in our board have no issue at all with that as Apple users, I do from time to time. ;-)
