Have been using informed for a little over 4 months now on the big 2 US marketplaces, seems to be sufficient eventhough it doesn't provide as many pricing algos for Walmart as it does for Amazon

What do you like best about Informed.co? The scaled pricing allows you to use the software as a small seller and expand with it while becoming a large seller. If you sell primarily on listings with multiple sellers, then this repricing software is a must. It allows you to set your minimum and maximum levels so you can always capture the buy box and make the most profit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Informed.co? I wish there was the ability for this software to reprice your stand alone listings where you are the only seller competing with other sellers selling a similar item to yours on their own listing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Informed.co solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows us to automate our repricing on the listings we sell that have multiple sellers. This saves many hours of work. You can easily update the reprice levels minimum and maximums with a file upload.

"Complete solution for CRM and process automation" What do you like best about Creatio? For us the main advantages of Creatio are that the system is flexible and easily customizable. We were looking for replacements for several legacy systems running in parallel (maintaining customer details, invoicing and for CRM and sales matters). We were able to easily adapt Creatio to our requirements and received competent support from the manufacturer and the project partner involved, for example on the subject of interfaces and integrations. Creatio proved to be a powerful system that not only serves as CRM software, but also enables us to structure, control and evaluate processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Creatio? There was no Sharepoint integration out of the box. Outlook integration is there, but could be improved. A translation of the user interface into German is available, but incomplete, so that additional work had to be done here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Creatio: Avoid thinking of Creatio as just CRM software. The software has considerably more potential, which should be considered when planning a project. We were able to avoid the effort of operating multiple parallel systems (multiple maintenance of data, synchronization of the data, maintenance of the softwares). At the same time, we achieve a better overview and understanding of customer needs.

"No-code platform for high-quality customer service" What do you like best about Creatio? The system provides you with the tools to create workflows that mirror your business processes. You can configure out-of-the-box solutions and adjust workflows as company requirements change. The platform allowed building custom workflows to automatically assign agents to a case based on the service type. Creatio is integrated with our ticketing system to manage ticket purchases and returns. Thanks to the integration with hot spots, we have an additional opportunity to collect customer info. Beesender Chatbot helps to interact with our customers and transfer their requests. Dashboards and analytics allow to be hands-on with service efficiency.

I would like to see the ability to see further into the past in terms of sales and cash flow to see how the business is growing
I would like the ability to rank the columns in the data by velocity so i can see at a quick glance which are my hot sellers and which are maybe in need of tweeking
Since it is a cloud base, there is some glitch from time to time for page loading issue.
