The customer service wasn't great. I had a bad interaction when trying to discuss a bulk export, and it really put me off the service as a whole. UPDATE: After seeing my review, a representative reached out and put the situation right. I was able to get a bulk export of my files. I've put the bad experience down to a bad day.
