Extremely flexible conten management platform that makes content creation and management easy. It's enables us to import the source code of multiple e-commerce projects very well. I like aslo the simulator feature that enables to test the final product for errors and bugs. Support team is very helpful and their response is on time.
Mateo F.Kentico is a content management system (CMS) that includes content marketing and eCommerce tools with sophisticated features and functionality. It integrates with almost any back-end system and has a clean design, intuitive navigation and a flexible interface. Users can quickly access all sections of their website from one single area on the dashboard. The built-in editor provides formatting features and the possibility of inserting images and videos directly. There are customizable forms and page templates where users can add, modify and delete any fields that aren't the right fit for their business. Build an online store with Kentico’s eCommerce solution including features such as a customizable checkout process, store reports, shipping and tax calculation, rule-based discounts and multiple payment methods. Kentico integrates with systems such as SalesForce and Data.com, as well as payment gateways and shipping providers. Kentico offers real-time customer-centric marketing with a drag-and-drop interface for creating automated campaigns and modifying the flow of activities. Other online marketing features include contract tracking, lead scoring, email marketing, web analytics and social media marketing. Out of this world What do you like best about Ubeya? As a Staffing Manager responsible for the hiring, rostering and payroll management of about 300 staff max per company project, Ubeya has enabled me to organize and keep a proper track of all these important aspects thus cutting out the spreadsheet data entry mentality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Ubeya? Ubeya is just limited to live geo tracking which could be very beneficial to tracking naughty staff locations on jobs. Ubeya is unable to keep track of expensive inventory by serial number database that is given out to our staff on site which could be very helpful. Ubeya is unable to upload job descriptive documents to each chosen position before someone applies for it. Ubeya is unable to make direct payments into staff bank accounts after a job is completed with clearance a finance department. Ubeya is unable to integrate with other software such as Monday.com Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Ubeya solving and how is that benefiting you? Ubeya is enabling us as a company to reach out to staff and make them aware of upcoming projects and project details without having to go they WhatsApp groups and LinkedIn posts.

Kentico xperience the most powerful CMS tool in our organization and has been so tramendous because it has been number one in every staff's favourite tool kit. Personally i like the tool since it is easy to use even by non- technical staffs with ease learning curve. It has a very intuitive dashboard, allowing user to pin software and tool according to their use.Its flexible content management system makes content creation and management much easier. I like the the user interface and WYSIWYG interface that are very easy to learn and gain a comfort level for both technologically and non- technologically oriented staff. The UI for managing page content is very intuitive and overall has been easy for our customers to maintain. I like it integration and compatibility to work with different platforms like JS.

Kentico happened to be my most favourite tool at work especially because it allowed me to be more creative and productive with my digital marketing efforts. The feature I like the best in Kentico is the advanced stats and the built-in reports they provided for us on each and every marketing campaign we pulled through. This gave us a proper idea on what to continue and what not to.

Kentico has enabled us to develop a number of sites and their performance and maintenance has been great. I like also the custom configuration in this application especially custom webparts and page configuration. It's aslo allow us to add custom code especially html,CSS and bootstrap.

We have saved money by having to the minute hours reported through the App. We have also improved upon ensuring staff coverage for our facility- Staff is able to communicate with each other or the Managers via the app if they are unable to fulfill their shift and thereafter find a replacement prior to the shift start. It's a great tool for any size business and a great value compared to the hardwire systems available on the market today.

I searched for so many softwares that would do what I needed for my company. Majority of them were way overpriced. Ubeya was the closest software I could find to checking off majority of the boxes in my list. I have figured out ways to work around some of the things i needed in the app - primarily, I book multi day events without specific shift times, and wish their was an option to just book workers for multi days without needing to create a new shift per day. I love the customer support whenever I have a question. I love that the rate is included into the amount of workers used in a month. I love the chat/feed feature where you can send messages and ask questions to your workers - I just wish they could also respond with questions or answers directly on that feed if they have any. I would love a way to adjust the fields in the event to fields that work for me. You are able to do this in the worker profile to adjust fields, but not for the events. There are many fields in the event booking that I do not utilize and my workaround has been to just type in all my additional details in the notes section Overall, ubeya is meeting my needs for now. There is definitely room for improvement to make it the perfect staffing software, but for the price and budget in my small business, I'm looking for ways to using this for the first time this year. I've been very happy.

Their customer service is great. They are very responsive and always eager to help. The admin software has made our lives so much easier. The staff side just needs some tweaking and a more robust messaging feature needs to be rolled out.
