“Speechify is absolutely brilliant. Growing up with dyslexia this would have made a big difference. I’m so glad to have it today.“

This app is everything I was looking for past one month! The auto backup option to SD card is brilliant. Though the app looks hideous. Need much more work on the app design which includes the app icon. Need clean, minimalistic and modern look and colour schemes. The blue colour looks awful. Secondly, I hate the fact that the lower toolbar shows up by default. I would rather prefer a clean window but an option to turn it on for those who actually use it.Shilajit DC
In a nutshell, the comprehensive preservation of written thoughts in the form of fully searchable plain text, including text, mathematics (LaTeX), rich markdown, drawings, and so on (universal UTF-8). Elements of the user interface have been fine-tuned in order to decrease the amount of app switching. Easily accessible search filters that allow for precise navigation to the contents of your notes using the fewest possible taps. Tasker, Barcode Scanner, and ColorDict are just some of the add-ons that can further automate your workflow. You can also connect neutriNote's repository to web-based services to achieve the same result. There are options available for you to fine-tune the process of taking notes. There are many different ways to back up your notes. You have the freedom to choose a cloud backend that works for you, whether it be the open source P2P Syncthing, Dropbox, or a third party cloud component such as Google Drive, Box, or OneDrive. Absolutely no charge. No hidden permission (see below). It is possible to further support its development by purchasing supplemental add-ons that are optional.
Wowwww! After 6 years of stagnation, I love to see Write's strong return!! Still needs pdf import and when time permits a better looking UI :) You definitely need a spoken tutorial you your YouTube channel! One (potential) bug: When using S pen's button to switch to eraser/selection tool, the pen need to touch the screen first and then the next tool starts working. So I need to put down a tiny point so that the eraser starts working. Suggestion: When stylus is active, allow fingers erase and by pressing pen's button selection tool becomes active. This feature in squid/papyrus is very handy. But overall this is fantastic and unique! Kudo's to the developers for their creativity.Amir Asiaee
Write is a word processor that allows you to write by hand and is primarily intended for use on tablets that have an active stylus. Write is an application that has the capabilities of a vector drawing program in addition to a one-of-a-kind set of tools that make it easier to edit handwritten text. This is made possible by combining multiple strokes of the pen into a single line, very similar to how text is entered into a word processor. Reflowing is possible in handwritten text when words are removed or when additional space is added for new words. Handwritten labels are used to identify each bookmark. Other vector graphics applications as well as web browsers are able to open files saved in the non-proprietary SVG format. In addition to the standard capabilities of a vector drawing program, Write features a singular collection of tools that can be utilized for the editing and navigation of handwritten documents. The app Write is excellent for taking notes, jotting down ideas, and sketching.
Perfect workhorse app. Migrated from Evernote, to Simplenote, now been using Neutrinote exclusively for over a year. Not very exciting on the surface, but again: my Android note-taking has been exclusively on Neutrinote for over a year now. I don't even *know* if there's better alternatives because I haven't felt the need to look. PLUSES: Fast; Maximalist (no endless submenus); Local note storage as .txt files (no server issues or DRM); No feature creep; Markdown (it's there if you need it).
- Water Bottle
Good: python support; md support; math notation support, small app footprint; friendly UX for productivity. I use it in conjunction with Obsidian and it is far better than the latter whose UI are not tailored for narrow screens. Bad: the main menu is extremely laggy once there's more a hundred of notes, I opened the directory with another md processing app (Jotterpad) and it was as smooth as butter. There needs to be an option to change the default directory or allow multiple directories.

OG note taker / android owner who always liked the simplicity and portability of plain text. Decided to give neutrinote a spin with first md created in windows in vs code. Used neutrinote to add a table and some heading and highlight modifications. Neutrinote is well-designed and intuitive.

I’ve tried a lot of the handwriting apps for iPad (OneNote, notability, etc) and this one is the best I’ve seen so far. The editing capabilities are much more advanced than others especially being able to use ruled lines and text wrapping with handwriting.
The writing is laggy and choppy. Impossible to use. Not natural. The lines on the notepad are weird and cut off.
This is the best handwriten note-taking app on playstore, period. Every function that I've missed in other editors (both paid and free) are all present in write: saveable pens, clipboard, vector svg and pdf document export, both vertical and horizontal scrolling -you name it, write has it. Literally the only thing it is missing is editable typed text support which isn't that important for my teaching purposes anyway. Thank you devs for providing such an amazing software for free!
