I had tried free plan to check out the app and its features and it was really great experience, therefore, I switched to paid plan and I'm grateful for everything single features Hookle has such as posting and scheduling to all platforms is extremely easy. This programme was the first of its kind I'd used, It was okay, I had several issues with scheduled posts not posting and disappearing altogether. Customer Support was great in getting back to me and trying to resolve the issue, although my issue wasn't solved and went on for several months during which I was still paying the full price, I wasn't offered a refund or reduction or anything.
