We selected ProWorkflow We are a small, expanding energy consultancy based in Northern Ireland and Scotland and we decided to switch to Xero for our accounts but we knew that our front-end processes were very manual, using spreadsheets etc.. We were going to build our own database but then we looked at the Xero app store and realised that there were a lot of packages out there which said they would do our job. We trialled Work, Workflowmax, Harvest amongst others but it very rapidly became apparent that PWF was head and shoulders above the rest in terms of its thoroughness, depth and flexibility. Not only that but the support has been, and continues to be, superb. No higher compliment can be paid than to say that It is the kind of software package you look forward to using because it matches our business processes so well. The purpose of this Review is to compliment Ame of Sanebox Customer Service. I switched my Email provider to Apple iCloud. Simply put, there is an Apple formula to bring iCloud into the Sanebox brain. It took a bit of doing, principally because of an internal process involved for Apple Security. But thanks to Ame' s persistence it all worked out fine.

Customizable & adaptable to all of your business needs
This can be accessed through various mobile devices including laptops, tablets and smartphones (for Android, Windows and iOS phones).

Cons
Its bit complex, user interface should be bit user friendly
Mobile Apps navigations to switch from one task to another task is not smooth
I think it should have more automation for the tasks.

The support sends directions on how to uninstall...those don't work
Support does not go beyond the 'articles' on how to deal with problems

Sure, it sorts the emails you want to keep...however...they advertise a SaneboxBlackhole
Support is nearly non-existent
No contact information outside of a nearly automated "I'm sorry...
" email reply that pays no attention whatsoever to the comments made by the customer
Sane no replies and sane reminders are a tad confusing."
