The most helpful tool that I use in SOCi is scheduling across multiple store accounts. Broadcasting specific messages across all of our channels makes a cohesive voice. Another thing I really enjoy is the ability to send all of the engagements and reviews directly to my phone so that I'm not missing any of the customer comments, questions, or reviews. It's extremely easy to use, being able to schedule posts ahead of time, and the ability to save posts. I love being able to set up posts weeks ahead of time and monitor multiple websites through one service. The plug-in they have for Canva is great as well. They even have a small calendar for suggested content monthly.
