They are highly responsive to customer support requests, are continually seeking to better their product, often taking direct queues from customer feedback or requests. Sign into your payment processors (Stripe, Square, etc..), sign into your accounting software and then sit back and relax as all of your sales data, credit card processing fees, customer records, invoices and auto-matched payouts are synced to and perfectly organized and categorized in your books.

The initial account login setup was confusing because I thought I needed an Accountant profile and ended up with a bunch of duplicate accounts. Felix, in support helped me clean that up. I also wish that the free trial was 30 days. It takes some time to get the hang of it enough to make a solid choice.
