You can edit, categorize, and access many lists with ease. You can subsume multiple lists underneath one group and therefore create helpful and pertinent categories. This helps me when I am creating lists for different kinds of tasks or different days. On the phone, the lists themselves are very easy to modify- with simple swipes and taps, you can edit, delete, or mark items as complete. In addition, as you open the app, every single group, category, and list is visible in plain sight. You don't need to open up folders or click on links to see everything. This is especially helpful for me as I tend to forget that which I don't see. In addition, the items can be split into smaller items that can be checked off individually; this is so helpful if tasks require multiple steps, and you operate better if you try to tackle one mini-goal at a time.

It is a great piece of software that lets me track the tasks I have pending
The interface is nice and welcoming.It used to work
I paid for it and used it every day.I like its simple interface, chime when checking off finished tasks, ease of adding sub-tasks, and the customizable interface options.
Cons
Lacks some features when compared to the competitors
It still has a long way to go but I will continue using it.It does a single job really well - Doesn't appear to be a lot of integrations with other services, but I'm not looking for that in a Todo list.There were a lot of features that I didn't need that made the whole thing feel pretty cluttered

Often, this process is tedious, but it doesn't come up often as the initial mistake is human error
Sometimes on the android app its signs you out or completely fails to load
Re-opening the app usually fixes it but it can be frusterating
They change features that are detremental and don't give an option to opt out
You can't speak to a person you have to email them with problems
You have to pay for unused users portion- e.g you have only 5 users but you still have to pay for 10 users
It is misleading that they list a price per user."
