Great customer service. I'm using the free version of the website and it has all the needed features I have been looking for: editing, subtitles and sharing with my team. The only downside, it can be slow from time to time for my team to download the video.

Easy to manipulate, to record to download and export. And above all, it has a wonderful support team who assits you immediately. So far, I am pleased with the user experience of the editing software (especially when I am a novice and this is actually the very first video editing software that I am using) and more so, for the paid subscription version which I signed up for a month so that I could tap on their premium features for my final term project.

In general, the software is able to generate videos from scripts quite well. What I like most is that the video clips used do not interfere with the message one is seeking to convey. Editing and advanced editing are also fairly easy. A voice-over feature with readymade voices will be a nice touch to the video creation process.

Lumen5 is one of my favorite product the best thing about lumen5 that you don't need any prior video making knowledge it's super easy to use and the results you can produce with it are wonderful. The super impressed by the functionality of this tool. With the help of this tool I save most of my time, I just have to make minimal adjustments whenever I create video for our campaign.

The product is amazing. As a teacher with little video editing skills, the app was helpful with creating e-learning videos that meet the needs of different students. I ran across Lumen5 when looking for a user-friendly site for branding and creating my own short videos for promoting our company. The videos were easy to build and offered a lot of stock video and photos. I can create a video in about 30 minutes (max) and format and reformat it for different platforms with ease.
