Great customer service. I'm using the free version of the website and it has all the needed features I have been looking for: editing, subtitles and sharing with my team. The only downside, it can be slow from time to time for my team to download the video.

Easy to manipulate, to record to download and export. And above all, it has a wonderful support team who assits you immediately. So far, I am pleased with the user experience of the editing software (especially when I am a novice and this is actually the very first video editing software that I am using) and more so, for the paid subscription version which I signed up for a month so that I could tap on their premium features for my final term project.

There's nothing else that even comes close, as far as I know, and certainly not for the relatively small investment. I do not recommend this software at all. On the one hand the avatars are ugly, on the other hand the company lied because they didn't tell you that the daily limit is 20 videos per day.
