I also use it to collaborate on various documents - either back or forth in creating new material, or by sending it out for approval. The software is more than capable of holding it's own next to Microsoft Word.

In spite of being an acceptable software it has some defects that diminish it in front of the competition: - You can not modify master documents. -You can not organize documents in folders or you can customize them. -It has no spell checker. Although these aspects seem minor, other softwares do, leaving Zoho Writer on a different level
