Melanie Robbins, known as Mel Robbins, is an American lawyer, television host, author, and motivational speaker focused on health & wellness. She received a J.D. degree from Boston College Law School and also attended Dartmouth College. After publishing her first book, Stop Saying You’re Fine, in 2011, her public speaking career was launched.
