Interaction with Live Chat Platforms
This type of service allows users to interact with third-party live chat platforms directly from Speechify’s web pages to contact our support team. If such a service is installed, it may collect browsing and usage data even if users do not actively use it. Live chat conversations may also be logged.

Intercom is a service that enables customer support and user messaging functionality on Speechify.

Experience Enhancement
Speechify uses Trackers to provide a personalized user experience by improving preference management and enabling interaction with external networks and platforms.
Interaction with External Social Networks and Platforms
This type of service allows users to interact with social networks or other external platforms directly from Speechify’s pages.
Interactions and information obtained through Speechify are always subject to the user’s privacy settings on the respective platform.
Even if users do not actively use these features, these services might collect traffic data from the pages where they are installed.
It is recommended to log out from respective social networks to ensure data on Speechify isn’t linked to your profile.

This integration anonymizes your IP address. Within EU/EEA countries, users’ IP addresses are shortened before being sent to Google servers.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP be transferred to the U.S. and shortened there.
