Basic Interactions & Functionalities

Speechify uses so-called technical cookies and other similar Trackers to perform activities strictly necessary for the operation or delivery of our services.

Interaction with Live Chat Platforms

This type of service allows users to interact with third-party live chat platforms directly from Speechify’s web pages to contact our support team. If such a service is installed, it may collect browsing and usage data even if users do not actively use it. Live chat conversations may also be logged.

Intercom (Intercom R&D Unlimited Company)

Intercom is a service that enables customer support and user messaging functionality on Speechify.

Experience Enhancement

Speechify uses Trackers to provide a personalized user experience by improving preference management and enabling interaction with external networks and platforms.

This type of service allows users to interact with social networks or other external platforms directly from Speechify’s pages.
Interactions and information obtained through Speechify are always subject to the user’s privacy settings on the respective platform.

Even if users do not actively use these features, these services might collect traffic data from the pages where they are installed.
It is recommended to log out from respective social networks to ensure data on Speechify isn’t linked to your profile.

Google uses collected data to track and examine the use of Speechify, prepare reports, and share them with other Google services. Google may use the data to personalize its advertising network.

Segment.io (Segment.io, Inc.)

Segment is an analytics and data routing platform that collects and sends user interaction data

to other analytics tools we use.

Anonymized Analytics Services

Google Analytics with Anonymized IP

This integration anonymizes your IP address. Within EU/EEA countries, users’ IP addresses are shortened before being sent to Google servers.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP be transferred to the U.S. and shortened there.

Marketing & Communication

Speechify uses cookies and similar technologies for marketing and communication purposes, including personalized emails.

Customer.io (Peaberry Software Inc.)

Customer.io is an email automation and marketing platform used to send onboarding, product, and marketing emails.
