Refund Policy for Text to Speech Subscriptions
Conditions for a Refund
Speechify will issue refunds for purchases made in the past 7 days in case of
a) if it is determined that your account has been taken over by a third party and used fraudulently, or
b) you have been charged by Speechify in error.
You must contact us within 7 days from the date of the subscription (including any trial period) for us to be able to issue a refund.
Unused subscription
Annual Subscription: If you have used no more than 500 HD words, you must contact us within 7 days of the payment for us to be able to issue a refund.
When a refund cannot be issued?
– Speechify does not offer partial refunds. If you’ve used the service for part of the billing cycle and then canceled, you will not be eligible to receive a refund for the charge
– Any refund request after 7 days from the date of the subscription (including any trial period).
– Monthly Subscriptions are non-refundable
– Please note that if you purchase a subscription through the Apple iTunes Store or our iOS application, the sale is final, and we will not provide a refund. Your purchase will be subject to Apple’s applicable payment policy, which also may not provide for refunds. If you purchase a subscription through the Google Play store, the sale is final and we will not provide a refund. Your purchase will be subject to Google’s applicable payment policy, which also may not provide for refunds. If you purchase through one or more of our bundle subscription partners, the purchase may be further subject to the Terms and Conditions of such partners, and payment and management of the bundle subscription may be administered by them.

– Any refund request after 7 days from the date of the subscription (including any trial period).
– Monthly Subscriptions are non-refundable.
– Ala-Carte purchase of audiobooks are non-refundable.
