Melanie Robbins, known as Mel Robbins, is an American lawyer, television host, author, and motivational speaker focused on health & wellness. She is best known for her television show, The Mel Robbins Show, and her Audible Original podcast, Start Here. Mel was born in 1968 in Kansas City and grew up in North Muskegon, Michigan. She received a J.D. degree from Boston College Law School and also attended Dartmouth College. After publishing her first book, Stop Saying You’re Fine, in 2011, her public speaking career was launched.
