When importing PDF files:
1. Importing PDF files especially large ones requires a good, strong and stable internet connection.
2. During the import process, you must not minimize the iOS Speechify application or end the session, otherwise the process will be interrupted and the file will not be fully loaded (processing state will remain forever). Be best to wait for the whole import process to complete - a quick notification will pop-up that will tell you that your file is ready to listen.
