Filevine seemed to be the most advanced case management system at the time that we were shopping. The platform is extremely easy to use and scale. I like how content moves around between spots seamlessly and I can customize the different views and pages. I find it easy to administer while still being able to customize for different teams. The unique architecture behind spots is what makes a huge difference. I've administered large amounts of content on other platforms before and Highspot is by far the easiest.
