SPEECHIFY MESSAGING CONSENT NOTICE

1. Programme Description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring promotional, survey, or product-update messages from Speechify (“Programme”) via any of the following channels you select:
• SMS/MMS to the mobile number you provide,
• WhatsApp messages to the WhatsApp account linked to that number, and/or
• E-mail to the address in your account profile.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology.
2. Frequency
Message frequency varies but will not exceed 4 messages per month per channel unless you expressly agree to a higher limit.
3. Costs
Message and data rates may apply to SMS/MMS or WhatsApp messages, depending on your carrier plan. Speechify does not charge a separate fee for the Programme.
4. Opt-In Mechanism
You opt in by:
• checking the dedicated consent box at sign-up or in your profile settings; or
• replying YES (or another instructed keyword) to an opt-in text or WhatsApp thread initiated by Speechify.
Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
5. How to Opt Out
• SMS/MMS or WhatsApp: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message.
• E-mail: click the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing e-mail.
• Any channel: e-mail us at [email protected] with your opt-out request.
Opt-out requests are honoured immediately for SMS/WhatsApp and within 10 business days for e-mail.

7. Data Collection & Use
We collect your contact details, opt-in status, message logs (timestamps, content, delivery reports), and interaction data (opens, clicks) to operate the Programme, prevent fraud, and improve our Services. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
8. Eligibility & Your Responsibilities
• You must be the authorised user of the mobile number or WhatsApp account you provide.
• You agree to notify us immediately if your number or e-mail address changes.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Delivery of SMS/MMS and WhatsApp messages is subject to your carrier/network availability and may be delayed or undelivered for reasons outside Speechify’s control.
10. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Notice from time to time. Material changes will be announced by e-mail or in-product banner and will become effective when posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
