Users can write, draw, and make notes directly on papers using annotation tools, and all modifications made to documents are automatically updated for each participant. Additionally, iBabs has built-in minutes templates for simple decision tracking.
For follow-up, all meeting notes and decisions can be stored in and exported from iBabs. Users can also share notes, assign board members action items, access meeting summaries whenever they choose, and keep track of all actions completed. All files on iBabs are protected with 256-bit AES encryption to guarantee that only people with the proper permissions can access sensitive information.
