What do you like best about SyncHR?
The stage, all in all, is easy to use from both a head viewpoint and a representative self-administration point of view. I explicitly like the convenience for representative onboarding. We've gotten spontaneous input from new contracts about the fact that it was so natural to enter the majority of their data/advantage races. I can't review consistently getting spontaneous POSITIVE criticism on a HRIS stage in my profession, so this is a HR win! I additionally utilize the Org Chart nearly every day.

What do you dislike about SyncHR?
Being a more up to date program it is hard to actualize greater framework includes in a convenient way. While the help group rushes to hit you up, they don't generally have exact changes they can actualize. The framework isn't extremely natural yet is useful.

What problems is SyncHR solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our principle objective was to bring our HR work in-house. After a RFP with 4 different merchants, SyncHR was the arrangement that best met our requirements. We organized an across the board arrangement, cost, interface/convenience and customization capacity in our choice procedure. We effectively got our information house, with a framework that can effectively be overseen by one essential head (for a workforce of 330 representatives).

What do you like best about SyncHR?
syncHR is unique (as far as I'm aware) in allowing you to run multiple concurrent payrolls for multiple time periods. Additionally, syncHR's data structure allows you to house information at both a position and a person level. This is a radical and revolutionary switch from our former payroll provider.

What do you dislike about SyncHR?
Implementation instructions were not as clear as I would have liked. I felt like we needed to follow-up and lead the way or items would have gotten missed. In our first year of use, we have had some issues with benefits and in setting up the GL correctly. Support can sometimes take too long to get back to you.

Recommendations to others considering SyncHR:
During implementation just remember that no one cares about your implementation the way that YOU do. Take responsibility for it and for continuing application after implementation. The system can do amazing things but only if you learn how to do them.

What problems is SyncHR solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved our payroll process and allowed us to continue to direct deposit to employee's bank accounts within 5 days after the pay period ends. SyncHR has also helped us improve our reporting.

What do you like best about SyncHR?
I think the best part of SyncHR is the support team. While they are a newer company, they are quick to get back to you with any questions about the program, whether it be reporting, core HR things like payroll and benefits, or questions regarding the system in general. The system looks pretty good but is not super intuitive.

Being a newer program it is tough to implement bigger system features in a timely manner. While the support team is quick to get back to you, they don't always have accurate changes they can implement. The system is not very intuitive but is functional.

If you switch to SyncHR, realize that it is a newer company with lots of growing in the future. They keep making great improvements and are quick to get back to you. It's a great program!

What problems is SyncHR solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved over to SyncHR from UltiPro and despite some hiccups moving over, we like the system. Improvements are being made all the time and it helps us do a lot of things easily like I-9, taxes, payroll, etc.
