Speechify is absolutely brilliant. Growing up with dyslexia this would have made a big difference. I’m so glad to have it today.

Box reviews

Easy system to use. Good search and document sharing function. The sync function is a bit clunky and requires some thinking to identify which document we want/need to sync. The various sharing/copying/moving options are not really intuitive and requires a bit of a learning curve.

Box is an encrypt IT Product which facilitate online files sharing, documents creation and backups, files syncing, integration within existing softwares such as Excel,Word, PowerPoint and others. Box is intuitive and has intrusive design to perform its functionality and services.

- Paul N. System Administrator

I am able to use Box with a free account and still get great use out of it! I use Box for mp3 sharing so the files are generally smaller. I haven't had to worry about my storage being full a of yet.

Coda reviews

The Coda.io platform allows me to combine databases, spreadsheets, docs, & presentations onto 1 surface without writing code. I have tried others but always return to Coda. Key features that I like include: linked tables that serve as fully functioning databases, the ability to refer to data in my tables on the text canvas, the collapsible feature for text, and the overall ability to consolidate multiple disparate apps into one Coda doc canvas.

- Gretchen T. Analyst

Coda's ease-of-use vs powerful features is hard to beat. The relational tables, prebuilt templates, buttons, etc make accessing those deeper features available to everyone. It has a clean format and navigation.

Pros & cons

Box

Pros
It's very secure, if this is a concern, and the offering in terms of features such as workflows and the ability to work in one place is simply great
Instead of doing these things locally on your computer, you use the services of the cloud to perform these tasks
Is a fine alternative to dropbox and my experience has been superb
Even back then it always felt like a polished gem of a website, and I am please to say it hasn't gone downhill like so many others
I love that you can basically store an unlimited amount of data and share it with anyone who has the link
It makes sharing documents very easy and accessible from any internet accessible device."

Cons
The Search functionality is so bad (doesn't work the way you think it should and rarely generates the results you're after) as to be almost useless
The worst thing about the Box that I have found is that when you first open it, all the files that are on it takes a little bit of time to load
At the current price point (charged per user), it's a bit on the more expensive side
The functionalities on the admin console is a bit hard to navigate
If you don't know what "folder" a document is in - or even its exact document name, the search tool can be very difficult, and almost useless."

Coda

Pros
I've used Coda for some months in my team and it's similar to an evolved excel with a lot of great functionalities
I loved it cause it has a lot on template made by great companies, and it was free
Such a beautiful piece of software
I really like the way they think of what is going to be the way to see documents
The support is responsive
Coda has an excellent YouTube channel in which they offer many fun and easy-to-understand tutorial videos
It´s really pleasant to modify and add features, Coda has made it all very easy to do."

Cons
Most of the integrations with outside software are poor and have very little to no customization/parameterization
For example including google drive documents is very very basic
We ended up having to duplicate our document, which was really bad for continuity and very very confusing to team members less familiar with our file storage systems
This feature is currently missing and makes the software difficult to use for managing a large team with multiple documents
Overall I have created a system with this tool that would´ve taken a lot longer and be more difficult if I had used a different device."
