We had to type our time in word and then it had to be copied into the other program - not necessarily the program's fault, but just a result of "how it was" when we joined forces with another company. It was too cumbersome and took too much time. Plus the other program was not the easiest to use. Clio is so much better!

The implementation and go live were highly supported and done on time and on budget. We have gained a highly controlled contract process and financial model approval flow as well as a central repository for all of our documents. Our company implemented the Icertis platform in 2016. It has completely transformed our CLM process.
