"It works really good and with a friendly front end" What do you like best about Fuze? I use fuze every day at work, I chat with my colleagues, call them and video them all the time. Always work great! My favorite tool is the search option where you can see something said before and be able to sort it out with the work and the person or group you got the message from, it is almost impossible to forget something, if you know the key word, how said it, it's going to pop up! The friendly front end it's amazing you can set a profile, check your audio and mic! I highly recommend this app!

"Can be great, but definitely has its issues..." What do you like best about Fuze? I like that the program generates a simple link when creating a meeting invitation, along with a call-in number if you don't plan to join via computer. I like that you can change the screen view to different tiles, determine which images are larger, etc.

"Easy to use and maintain for all sizes of businesses" What do you like best about Fuze? Many things, the ability to be able to monitor call queues within the program directly as well as the ability to see all active/inactive users at one time. It creates a very transparent environment for when you're working in a busy call centre. Also from a managers point of view, being able to easily screen calls from the software in realtime for auditing purposes is a must. Helps with all our KPI needs. I have been using Twist for a few years, and the app has come a very long way! Notifications are consistent. The UI is very clean and easy to use. The only things preventing a 5 star rating is the bugs within the notifications. When I receive a message, I get a push notification and a bubble. Any attempt to reply or react causes the bubble to close. The push notification allows reading and replying but tapping it to enter the app causes the notification and the bubble to disappear.

Nice platform. Please fix the issue of an image(jpeg) not appearing in a thread when posted from an action or an attachment. App says couldn't read file!

This app is so buggy, I use this app to communicate with my company, it has a TERRIBLE TIME updating as soon as someone sends me something. This is absolutely horrible because if my company is experiencing massive customer downtime I shouldn't have to wait 20 MINUTES for twist to refresh to see that I got a message 18 minutes ago from my coworker!! This goes for PC and Android. Over multiple updates and multiple months.
