Overall: Fiix MACMMS is very reliable and easy to use in our hotel especially our engineering department. Beforem they are using Excel to record all work order until work completed and it's very hard for us to trace the work order because of this manual system. But after deploying the FIIX, our job makes easier and the response time to attend to our guests' needs is now very fast.

We are trying to implement a CRM tool to use with our existing Quickbooks system. Overall, the integration somehow works, however not as advertised as "magical" it would be. Lots of customization effort has to be done to get it to where we want it to be.

"Fiix Fixed our Maintenance Organization" Pros: Fiix is an incredible package for companies looking for a flexible CMMS. The Work Order System and it's flexibility to schedule tickets to Machines, Assets or Projects is very useful in our organization. We have a smaller maintenance department so we mix our activities with both in-house and contracted technicians. The Work Order system allows for us to assign an open ticket to a project that can then be tracked and closed after the vendor has completed the work. Cons: When it comes to a downside to this software I haven't really found one yet. The customer service and flexibility has made it very easy to transition. If I had to point to one thing it would be that we could reuse some of our field names from the old database, but this was easily overcome by a great on-boarding. experience

Overall: Our goal was to implement a system to manage assets, work orders and parts. Fiix offers all those solutions with the ability to integrate. System is easy to use and support is quick. Experienced some implementation challenges with some technical issues that took a long time to resolve. That is one area for improvement.

"A robust platform for a complete maintenance management" What do you like best about Fiix? Fiix offers some great features, to name a few it allows one to automatically schedule maintenance and you can easily track the cycle as well. You can easily add assets and I like how everyone from the department can access it be technicians or warehouse managers. The mobile app is also user-friendly and comes in handy all the time. What problems is Fiix solving and how is that benefiting you? We used Fiix for maintenance management, asset and inventory management. We could easily track, manage and optimize the schedules. It also helped in audits. We used work order systems to manage tickets which simplified our process. Overall it has enabled us to make data-driven decisions.

Their comprehensive approach to CRM was very cool and helpful
I love the ability to keep a record of each activity and opportunities

Jobs were no longer being overlooked because of human error
Sales tracking was non-existent before Method
Before that everything was done manually very hard to follow and keep track of the work
But because of the bad experience of trying to customize it and have the same tracking ability as CiviCRM, I basically wasted 6-months fooling around with it
I wasn't handed off to someone else, just dropped
Method appears to subscribe to the same LACK of service, the service industry has morphed into."

I have been pleased and happy to know that I can manage resources, assets and facilities from anywhere
So far it has been a great tool for our company
I like the pm settings where you set how often you want to pm something and automatically it will kick a work order out for it
What I like the best is the ability to store files
Under each asset you are able to store documents pertaining to that asset."
Cons
Migrating inventory data from one system to another was an epic failure
It ended up being useless data and all had to be re-entered
There are two items of frustration
Creating reports in Fiix is a giant pain
The inability to customize the cost of the software based on needs...meaning, we use the software for it's most basic components, not for inventory, parts ordering, etc."
