Most popular feedback for Mind Node

This digital mind mapping tool can be a versatile way for kids to organize their ideas -- that is, if they can figure out how to use it. MindNode – Mind Ma‪p has a clean interface. And if kids stick to the most basic functions, it's also relatively easy to use. As kids branch out and look to the various icons, menus and submenus to create more complex maps, things can get more complicated. The developers have lots of support, including a massive user guide, but not all kids will have the patience to learn all the nuances. The free version helps keep kids to the basic features since those are the only ones available. But that also keeps the maps quite simple, and limits the ways that kids can personalize their visuals. In general, for kids who want to use a mind map to guide brainstorming and organize thoughts, MindNode – Mind Ma‪p can be a good start though it may have a learning curve.

I've been using Reflect for a few months now. Prior to this, I've used Roam, Obsidian, Logseq, Evernote, and Apple Notes at various times. Reflect is fast, intuitive, and it's clear the team is thoughtful about the details. This is now my primary note taking took. The only downside I've noticed so far is a lack of any collaborative features (thanks to e2e encryption). But since my main use case is just as my private brain anyway, it's not a big deal (and would argue it's a feature).

About Reflect

The note-tracking software known as Reflect assists individuals as well as businesses in remaining current with their information. It encourages individuals to maintain synchronization of their notes across all of their devices. This is done in real time by the software, which also creates backlinks between the notes so that they can be organized into graphs of ideas. Users are able to access their notes from any location, whether they are online or offline, when they are using Reflect. In addition, the software ensures the highest level of protection for the notes by encrypting them from start to finish. The data can only be accessed by the person who owns them. Notes can also be integrated with your Google calendar thanks to Reflect's functionality. Additionally, they have the ability to add individuals to the calendars who are granted access to the data. This information, which is kept private by the software developed by Reflect, may be uploaded to the internet with a single mouse click. Through the use of the Kindle import feature, it is also possible to synchronize book highlights and notes. Every person who makes use of this software has the ability to capture snippets in the browsers that they employ. The ability to recall notes using Reflect's backlinking technology represents a significant step forward for people who keep bulk notes. Reflect's goal is to become your central location for managing all of your notes and connecting ideas in a world where everything is connected. In a manner comparable to that of Roam Research, it provides bi-directional linking in addition to E2E encryption, offline functionality, and an iOS app right out of the box. This is one of the most hyped note-taking experiences that the people over at Clearbit have developed, and it costs $15 per month to get started using it. Reflect is a tool for taking notes that is designed to function similarly to how your brain does. We are straightforward, quick, and safe, and, dare we say it, rather appealing to the eye as well.

Mind Node reviews

Essential productivity app MindNode has been my spatial planning tool of choice since Version 4. Now V6 has been released with some important updates, at no charge for recent V5 purchasers. One feature that I specifically requested is being able to edit multiple items on iPad like the Mac OS app. Thank you for listening and adding this feature. Of course I appreciate the free update; I’m also good with purchasing major upgrades when the time comes. Just keep doing what you do best. Here are a few quick comments about the product. It has been rock solid with a very uncluttered UI. Import / export modes simplify moving data between apps and quickly creating a complex mind map in MindNode. Theme chooser and outline view work great and stay out of the way until needed. Kudos Update: This is still an excellent app. There are a few features that would make it even better. First, the ability to copy and paste object styles. Second, the ability to assign horizontal and vertical layouts per level; I would like an org chart layout that is horizontal at the top and vertical below each branch for example.

Life Changing I have a way of doing things but this has introduced me to a new way of spatial mind mapping. I absolutely how clean the UI is and how I can add notes inside of nodes. Since I started school this is the only way I can take notes and clearly organize everything. I advise anybody wanting to try something new, to use this app and give it 100% effort. I will add just a few “personal” things I hope they add, these are just my own opinion and reflect no negativity to the app: More in depth note section and better way to add bullet points. MOREEEEE COLORS If the connections could “flow” better instead of some kind of boomerang looking line. Again this is just my personally opinion, this app is amazing and I know new users will love it! Keep up the amazing job!

I have been using this program since it was first introduced. Until now I have used it for every condition where I needed to relate unrelated things. As promised, I am rewriting my review since the app support people discovered that my problems are not caused by this app. I had begun using iCloud with all my MindNode documents. One document, in particular, I updated daily and frequently updated from different devices. My problem occurred because iCloud did not handle my more complex documents property. Worse than wrecking my document, iCloud is set up to delete any documents that iCloud does not control. So if I turn off iCloud from holding and updating my MindNode documents I cannot recover them to my local device (iPad or iPhone). There are tricks I could play to keep or recover a single document, but I have over 30 MindNode documents so that is impractical. The MindNode support staff were extremely helpful and emailed me with questions until they narrowed the problem to iCloud. From there they had no suggestions except to not keep my documents in the cloud. I will continue to use MindNode if or when I can get my documents back, but I won’t create new documents or update existing ones until iCloud is out of the picture. Solved my iCloud issue by emailing my MindNode documents to myself. Then turned iCloud off.

Reflect reviews

I've been using Reflect daily for 7+ months now. It's been fun to see how rapidly the product has improved. I love being able to takes structured notes and know I can easily find them later based on either the date, the people involved, or the project/topic. The backlinks note-taking approach isn’t unique to Reflect, however I think Reflect does the best job creating a well-designed opinionated note-taking tool. It has extra handy features like a Google Calendar & Contacts integration, Kindle notes sync, and web highlighter. Finally, it's end-to-end encrypted means which means I don’t have to worry about what I put there.

Reflect is fantastic. It became my daily note taking app in a way that felt inevitable - I didn’t have to try to make it work for me, it just does. Perfect combination of features - fast, looks good, secure, focused on data entry and discoverability.

Legendary. Great team and support, and the app is super fast and rewarding to use. Thoughtful UI helps you record and retrieve notes on anything quickly. Oh and it’s also nice knowing it won’t be acquired and sunsetted in a few months
