Its help you in creating a community according to your segment. 360 degree approach which includes retention , increasing lifetime value ,brand advocacy, new customer acquisition and much more you thing and it is there . I am discovering that Azuqua can do more and more. It is a platform that integrates not only software but also connects to APIs- and therefore your first-party business services. We use Azuqua currently to update multiple systems with customer data (Zendesk, Pipedrive, Marketo). It eliminates a lot of redundant work and syncs sales & marketing with up to date information. It also has strong data manipulation functions and as I mentioned can connect to your API which might be useful for you. Their customer success team is very responsive. The only difficulty is that it has a learning curve, but after you learn the ropes you can design your own integrations without IT's help.
