Most popular feedback for Rainbow Sentences

Very good! As an elementary school English as a second language teacher, I find that many of Mobile Education Stores' apps are great. I use Rainbow Sentences because it has students think carefully about constructing grammatically correct sentences in a colorful and playful way. In the settings menu the teacher can scaffold the sentence building so that beginning kindergarteners all the way up to around the end of second grade level students can be challenged and successful. When the students correctly answer, there are some funny animated characters that come out and cheer for them. Likewise, there are words of encouragement if they answer incorrectly. The app has a statistics page so you can monitor the students' progress. One problem I have with the app is that you cannot go from a sentence that you are building to the settings or statistics page until/unless you correctly build the sentence. This creates unnecessary hassle if you want to quickly check-in on a student's progress or change the difficulty.

About Rainbow Sentences

Sentence construction is a fundamental obstacle in reading instruction for children. English can be difficult for beginners to understand, especially at first. But Rainbow Sentences is here to support you. The software assists your child in learning how to create English phrases in a simple-to-understand manner by using tools like color-coded vocabulary, text-to-speech, and lesson plans that use pictures instead of words. To improve the process, it even allows students to record themselves saying the lines and play the recordings back. I suggest Rainbow Sentences if your youngster has trouble putting together entire sentences. Rainbow Sentences is available on the Apple App Store. Rainbow Sentences is less expensive than some of the other options on this list, despite the absence of a free trial. A free educational mobile app developed by Mobile Education Store LLC is called Rainbow Sentences. With the aid of color-coded visual signals, Rainbow Sentences is intended to assist kids develop their capacity to create grammatically sound sentences. To make it easier for pupils to detect and comprehend how these components combine to form basic sentence construction, the who, what, where, and why portions of sentences are color coded. The recognition of sentence components such nouns, verbs, and prepositions can help students better comprehend how these components work together to form simple sentences. To enhance their receptive and expressive language abilities, students can record their sentences in their own voices.

Most popular feedback for Dyslexia Quest

Parents need to know Dyslexia Quest is designed to help assess your child's memory and listening skills. It is divided into six areas that each take about 10 minutes to play. If you have a child who struggles with distractibility, it may be best to play this app in increments to get the best results. Activities are divided into three age groups: 7 to 10, 11 to 16, and 17 and up. The goal is to assess working memory, phonological awareness, processing speed, visual sequential memory, and visual memory. Upon completion of each adventure, you're given scores and details about your strengths and weaknesses. Kids can continue to work within the app to help improve any areas of weakness.

Rainbow Sentences reviews

Rainbow Sentences is an easy to use app that uses color codes to help students understand how to combine elements in a sentence. This tool is fun and innovative while teaching students to build grammatically correct sentences. Parts of a sentence such as nouns, verbs, and prepositions will become more recognizable. Another great feature of this packed app is students can record their own voice to create sentences

This is an app that I use a lot. Kyle Tomson has created another great app that follow along in the same style as his previous ones. This app allows you not only to keep data on student progress but you can adjust the level of difficulty. I love that you can even adapt within each level by turning on or off color coding and word grouping. This makes each of the three complexity levels actually have 9 options . ..if I did my math right! Click here to read more and watch the video tutorial.

Rainbow Sentences uses color-coding, interactivity, and customization to teach students how to build sentences. The app provides a picture, a jumbled sentence, and color-coded lines that guide the student in dragging the correct word or phrase into its position in the sentence. The app includes 168 different pictures and sentences along with a robust Settings menu that allows parents and teachers to customize the app to best meet the needs of the student.
