Where do I even begin? I have multiple emails, multiple Slack channels, a Skype account, online accounting, linkedin, dropbox, calendar, google drive... and so many more ALL in one place in an easily clickable app workspace. Other than that, not much comes to mind.Would be great to know the response times that apply to each of the categories for the tickets, eg low, medium, high and urgent, and also what issues constitute what category.Like ant application it can get a bit slow if the resources are not in place.
