Just what I needed

I am extremely busy throughout the day with multiple obligations while still going to school working full-time and doing community service my first experience with Speechify allowed me to turn a minimum hours worth of reading into 30 minutes while multitasking.

This helped me do my homework to graduate and get out of the toxic trucking industry.

I work full-time, and I go to school full-time. If I couldn’t listen to my homework chapters, then I wouldn’t be able to study at all. This app has saved my scholastic investment. All of my reading materials have been able to upload, and I can listen faster than I can read. I wish early adopters of the app could retain a free version though. Feels kind of like a punishment.

I love reading books but sometimes I have to do other things like clean or make food for myself, So far I have only used the part of the app of which you can take a picture. And it will read to you, which I think is GENIUS. That is why I think this is a great app so far!

Read your testimony and was moved. I don’t have dyslexia and can’t imagine the struggles, I love to read, but can’t always find the time to sit down in order to do so. This app allows me to turn my books into an audio book, what can be better!!!

I had given up on my favorite hobby, reading novels. I am a member of a book club and so embarrassed to say that I haven’t purchased a book for 3 years+. This app inspires me to take up my hobby again — love it.

BEST APP EVER!!!

I have dyslexia, but I love books. Growing up reading was so hard for me that I refused to read books and said I hated reading, but when I was about 14 I really wanted to try reading again. I have not been able to stop since. But I have a hard time actually reading books so I mostly listen to audiobooks but there are many book in my list that have no audiobook. When I found this app I was beyond happy. It works wonderfully and is everything I could have ever asked for.

A must have for book lovers

This year I listened to my first audio book and I loved it. There are so many times during the day when I would listen to my book; while doing the ton of dishes in the sink, cleaning, cooking, etc. After I finished my book and continued my daily chores without having it, I realized how much I missed it and how much of my brain function wasn’t being used anymore like it was. All this extra time during my day could be spent enriching my mind instead of just staring at the wall in front of me while doing my dishes for an hour lol I have a few books I keep putting off because of the time it takes to sit down and read them. I still take my time to sit and read which is very therapeutic, but having it in my ear whenever I wanted was something I wanted back. I saw an add on instagram about this app and I clicked so quick! It took just a couple minutes to take pictures of my book pages and it’s like magic! It’s easy to do, you can customize the voices, reading speed, etc. Usually when I download a new app I’m skeptical but I’m blown away by this. My wish has come true lol

Hey there! This app is amazing, it’s very helpful and useful, especially for busy book lovers!!! I’ve been 10 minutes on the app and I’ve gone through 23 pages of a really great book.Would recommend, 10/10

Exactly what I needed

There are so many articles and books I'd like to read but I'm not a very strong reader. Speechify can help not only am I listening to what's being read but I follow the text as well. Also you can increase/decrease the speed of the text being read which is really convenient when you don't have a lot of time.

The best reading aid I’ve had in 20+ years of trying

I’ve been an avid reader since I was a child and I’ve never ever read the much this quickly in my entire life. I’ve tried everything from paper books to kindle to audiobooks and speechify has been by far the best medium I’ve used in my entire life. I wish I had used this in my grad school program. It makes everything so much easier and I can read for hours on both my laptop and my phone. This is by far the best thing I’ve ever used. I cannot speak highly enough of it.

LOVE IT

I’m not a reader myself so reading is really hard for me to focus but with this app I was able to follow along. Plus I can read all my favorite novels, most of them are Chinese, Japanese and Korean novel which are fan translated so there is no audio book for them so with this I can listen/read them at work. Makes my work goes by faster and make me want to enjoy books and novels more!

Saving time… Makes you More productive

I love being read to… I love reading books at night. I read all day at work so having Speechify to read to me at night it’s just perfect. I love all types of text, I love philosophy. And all the classics.
