I’m teaching my mom which is legally blind how to navigate the iPad so she can read emails, other text and books.

Love speechify

I love to read but don’t always have the time to do as much as I’d like to having this app will allow me to have this feature everywhere I go whether I’m using my iPhone, a book, a laptop, or the desktop. I didn’t know that it is something that you could basically use with everything you read. I think it will save tons of time. I cannot wait to tell my daughter-in-law who is visually impaired about this wonderful app.

Can Listen When My Eyes Are Too Tired

I read all day at work, then I come home and read for pleasure. I would read until my eyes were so tired I couldn’t see the words on the page and would have to stop. Now I can close my eyes and let them rest while Speechify starts reading where I left off.

I have Dyslexia also

I love how I found your app it’s hard for me to read I also have a stigmatism in my left eye it makes me see two things or loose my track of reading or looking at things I got the Harry Potter series books last year 2020 for Christmas and I had to stop reading bc it was giving me a migraine to read and focus I can’t wait to use this app to help me read. I love reading but it’s hard for me thank you so much for this app

Speechify

Very nice program. My eyesight is not as good as it used to be considering my age (78) and I love to read. This program helps me to read at night. Often I can't sleep and get up to read and the darkness and artificial light makes it harder but your program solves that problem.

I’m visually impairs and this app has made my life so much easier

Being visually impaired I have a slow reading speed but my job needs me to get through documents quickly, this app has allowed me to do that and get some of my life back! Wish it was free for someone like me!

Game changer!

I am visually impaired waiting for the manifestation of God‘s healing. And the last eight years I have not been able to read on paper. I have to have things read to me or it had to be very large and on a dark background. This app has allowed me to be able to read all of the things that God has for me in his word, and devotionals, read letters and it has put me back in the game of reading again. Thank you for creating this app

Just tried this out for the first time! I am so excited! My eyes give me fits when I have to read a lot, this will help tremendously! And I travel over an hour each way to school so I can listen while I travel! Love it!!!

A bit about me

I’m going to give Speechify a try. I’m visually impaired with mild age-related dementia(l really hate that word!) so listening and comprehension is important to me. I can see ok with occasional headaches but reading —even with glasses is a real chore—from books or text on a screen. Wish me luck!
