Intuitive, lightweight software that allows you to clearly identify skills gaps for your staff What do you like best about AG5 Skills Management Software? AG5 is easy to use and requires little instruction. We like that you can pin a role for a staff member so they can see exactly what skills they are missing to advance at the company. We also like the Expert Finder feature so you can search for a specialist at your company in a certain topic or certification. AG5's staff was able to move lightning fast with our implementation and they respond quickly to questions/support inquiries. The cost is very low for the value it provides. Previously, we were doing this in Excel, which creates all sorts of problems with different versions and keeping data up to date.
