We can have multiple people from different locations join the conference with different methods
The onscreen menu's are somewhat awkward to use, I find them set in a strange order

I like the Start Meeting icon, it's so easy to download to any computer and then you don't have to go to the website to log in everytime you want to use the service
NO real dislikes, but I did not feel that there was much about it that differentiated it from all of the other meeting software tools out there

The software is easy to configure and the phones work great
The biggest problem with this software is that it's very unreliable
