I wish there was a way to tell if your timesheet has been approved on the app! But other than that, it's great!

Lucidchart is definitely one of the best diagramming software out there and it is very beginner friendly
Lucidchart does not have any desktop apps which may be a disadvantage but the web app can be used offline and is as fast as any desktop app

Excellent time tracking (our most important resource!) and overview of project management
I have had issues with trying to correct a time that was entered and if it's not done just right it reverts it back to what it was before the correction
