The performance management tool allows supervisors to schedule weekly catch-ups and provide reviews or feedback in real-time. The professional development module lets team leaders assign and track training and certifications according to organizational requirements. It also lets employees store, access, and electronically sign documents, such as employee contracts, HR handbooks, policy documents, and fire safety files.
HRLocker comes with an API, which allows businesses to integrate the system with several third-party solutions, such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Sage Payroll, and Office 365. With the compensation and benefits management functionality, managers can track employee specific salaries, bonus payments, and incentives.
