The KnowledgeDirect LMS product was a perfect fit for us at Emergency Nurses Association. It required no modification to the process except for connectivity with our AMS. KnowledgeDirect staff were great to work with in making that happen in a timely fashion making our overall interaction with staff and the product excellent. Highly recommendation.

Excellent customer service; program customized for our specific needs. The only drawback was the lack of training and a user's manual, so had to rely heavily on tech support. Overall impression is that it is a cost-effective program that meets our needs.

User experience on the platform was clunky and outdated. Missing powerful reports for admins. Nonsensical admin features (such as customer entries in alpha order by first name, not last name). Customer/dev support was not very responsive and unable to address many issues I raised.
