Overall I had a positive experience with ProClass, but ended up have to switch due to the high yearly cost of the software

Some reports and search options don't have all the data fields you might want - Pro Class appears to accommodate only one account to send payments to - Some inconsistencies between that name of a data field in the system and the data field selection names available for searching
