Overall Social Animal is a really nice, clean experience that gives you the information you need to make decisions on social that really have an impact. Having used BuzzSumo extensively in the past, and run up against some frustrating limitations or weird UI stuff, I can say that Social Animal does a better job of giving me the information on content I need without getting in my way. Anyone currently using BuzzSumo owes it to themselves to at least give the trial of Social Animal a go.
