Pure 360 is an excellent platform for sending email and SMS What do you like best about Spotler? I’ve been using this platform for over 5 years and I find the system is great for design, dynamic content and the system integrates with Apteco products very well. Pure also allows me to send SMS, all on the same platform. Pure 360 also includes Litmus which is a great creative tool for checking how emails serve across different email domains. I am also looking forward to using Spottler’s additional products. I’ve also noticed improved support now that Pure are part of the Spottler group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Act-On reviews
ACT-ON is a very powerful marketing automation tool that we decided upon after much research. It allows a great deal of work in segmentation, customer behavior analysis, etc. However, at $600/mo plus the $450 a month for the Salesforce CRM that we used with it, it was too much expense and, as a very small company, we were not able to take advantage of the features. Support is TREMENDOUS with this company and that goes a long way. We're dropping Act-On for now but if we grow to the size of a company that can afford a full-time marketing person and who can devote the time necessary to utilize all the great tools, we would definitely look at them again.

"EASY AND SIMPLE" What do you like best about Spotler? It's just an easy and simple app where can shuffle and change tracks with current playlist while you're still doing something else. It makes have this mindsets of being closer to your favourite artist or playlist a kind of and with awesome audio qualities.

The onboarding and training have been outstanding. They make sure that you're happy with using the email platform and have given us 10 hours of training. They even set up our first campaign for us. The reporting has good detail in terms of being able to filter per email/ campaign. The emails have an easy drag and drop editor and Spotler also designed our first templates for us which we were quickly able to implement within our campaigns. Dynamic content has also proved useful for personalisation, where multiple fields can be set as criteria.
