Their Customer Service team, via chat/email, is INCREDIBLE. They address issues immediately and, if they can't answer them immediately, elevate it so it can be rectified as quickly as possible. They are patient, kind and willing to teach when I can't figure something out. Their automations are incredibly simply to activate, and if I am looking to do something more specific, their Customer Service team guides me through the process.

I LOVE the user interface and how simple/straightforward things are to use. And if you are new or do not know the depth the Knowledge base with ALL KINDS of resrouces is available. Also, the immidiate chat with the team, Onboarding calls, and monthly follow-ups has been fantastic.

My feelings on ActiveCampaign are a little mixed. They provide good value and have a pretty quality product. I think they have done an excellent job building the company and steering investment in various ways. (I still wish they would support conditional logic). The user interface is pretty straightforward and it's easy to get new staff up to speed and backend automations are easy to create. When new features are released, they tend to be very stable (I can't say this about Hubspot).

"Does the Job but a long way to go" What do you like best about Leadsquared Marketing Automation? It is a comprehensive tool. This is the first CRM tool I had used and it gave a lot of features that helped me manage my lead data. Easy to add and export leads. I can link this to my phone and track activity as well. It can add the feature of integrating email to leadsquared which would make the job easier for sales reps. Tasks can be arranged and simplified with a better view. LeadSquared is great when it comes to 100% inbox delivery rate and I can say that this is one of the best features in it
LeadSquared's user interface is very easy to understand and easy to use as well

Cons
LeadSquared is a little bit expensive compared to other slimmer products, so they need to think about it
Sometimes LeadSquared gets stuck when I use it to run a large campaign, I would like them to improve this
LeadSquared creates a problem in slow internet connections, so I guess this is also an improvement area for them.
